Best Chinese food in Moon Valley area and surrounding.Their service is typical Chinese style, not there! Lol Restaurant is clean, average, normal neighborhood type Chinese Restaurant. Their food is very good, very tasty.I have had couple of their fish dishes, not sure if they still have it, but my favorite was fish with black beans, very very good.But my go to bi-weekly is their House Fried rice with eggs and their Singapore Rice Noodles. Please note I have gone here many times the past 4 years.The pictures in this review are from 12/7/23.
Horrible customer service.They made my order incorrectly, but instead of making it right, they decided to argue with me about it. Anyone that has gotten the sweet and sour chicken in restaurant as well as delivered knows that there is a big difference in flavor and consistency.I asked for it to be cooked as if it was in restaurant when I ordered and ended up with a box of dry chicken in a small pool of sweet and sour sauce.The staff just told me that it would be the exact same if they replaced it, which shouldn't be the case if they actually put in a tiny bit of effort.The staff then banned me for dropping and f bomb in the convo (not even toward the person I was speaking to).Was a great excuse for them to not have to make things right with a paying customer that has ordered from them easily hundreds of times.

Hello Brandon, I was happy to switch with you but I was letting you know, your request for the food to be made a certain way would’ve looked exactly the same but you decided to cuss and I do not condone cussing here. We have the right to refuse service and if we feel like there is nothing we can do differently to satisfy your needs, you have the right to look elsewhere.
Customer service is non-existent to be nice the food is good but it's not so good that I will be ordering again..I asked for a simple order of vegetable fried rice w broccoli n tofu and got plain fried rice and one of my orders was missing...I'm not being compensated whatsoever.And the lady on the phone was arguing with me telling me I was wrong and accuse me of hanging up on her...I'll tell you right now this lady definitely hung up on me.If you want some quality customer service and Asian food I would not order hear.So rude!
