This Subway doesn't honor the widely-advertised $5 deal.They argue they are in a poor neighborhood, not yielding much profit, and they are a local franchise not bound by the national advertisements. This is legally incorrect.This Subway contributes toward national ads via the franchise fees and reaps the benefits.Thus, they are required to make good on the offer. Yes, we are only talking about a small amount of money, but since this concerns a "poor neighborhood" , to many people, that small amount of money is important. Do now patronize this place.
