I had a wonderful experience today.I got a grilled cheese and chocolate milkshake.Both were delicious.I primarily came here for the experience not the food but am happy to report the food was delicious.You sit yourself and order via the telephone at your table.Pretty cool experience.They have t shirts, hats, train whistles and train conductor ducks to purchase too.Kids would have a blast here! I would definitely make the effort to stop by for lunch or even breakfast.
Good experience.Don't expect culinary excellence, but the food is good.Had to cut the core out of the tomatoes in my sandwich & it had a sparing amount of lettuce, but it was still good food.
Unique is the first word that comes to my mind. You come in and seat yourself. The menus are at the tables, so when you have decided what you want to eat you pickup the phone at the table and order your food. A waiter will bring your drinks out soon and not to much later a train will whistle and start it's journey on a track bringing you your food. Children would love this place.
