Tapatio Mexican Grill is a delightful find in Kansas City! 🌟 The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a Saturday night with family or friends. I stopped by craving Menudo, and I was not disappointed. The broth was rich and flavorful, complemented by fresh diced onions, cilantro, and a kick from the Chile de arbol.

While I prefer my tripe a little higher quality, the broth made every bite worth it. Don’t miss their margarita special, and if you're a queso lover, order it right! I can't wait to return and try more dishes... 🎶
