Their service is not so good. The lines are VERY VERY long. They are usually understaffed, only two people working. They are in such a rush, they look very stressed. So I always try to order online. But even for the pickup, they dont look you in the eye and can keep passing you over. And when theyre ready to give you your food, they dont even ask you for your ID, your name, what you ordered, they just toss you the bag.

I visited this store many time.
Each time, my experience was good.
I visited one Subway Restaurant which is on Warm Spring & Mission Blvd, service over there was sooooo poor. But this one is perfect.
The Mexican old lady makes delicious sub.
She is very cooperative. I will strongly recommend this store.
