September 16, 2024I recently visited Jack in the Box on Mission Blvd, and I'm afraid it didn’t quite meet my expectations.
I ordered a couple of Jacks Spicy Chicken sandwiches, and they were far too over-fried, resulting in a dry, tough bite. 😬 The service was exceptionally slow, and it felt like an eternity before we finally got our food.
Despite the ease of drive-thru, I was disappointed to find items I requested missing, including ketchup and napkins!
I hope the team can address these issues... 🍔
