I recently dined at Ping's Bistro in Warm Springs, and it was a delightful experience! The Yunnan-style dishes were a refreshing change from the usual.

We kicked off our meal with the sweet and sour mandarin fish, which was perfectly crispy, and the deep-fried lotus root with shrimp stole the show! 🤤 The mashed potatoes, although different from Western versions, were creamy and flavorful.

Service was attentive, especially with our large group - it felt like they were always one step ahead! The portions were generous, and there's ample parking, too. I can't wait to return for more deliciousness! 🍽️
