Worst restaurant I've had to deal with in quite some time, customer service is a -10 out of 10.Made both of my sandwiches wrong.One sandwich just fell apart after unwrapping it.The other isn't even what I ordered on the app.The store refuses to take them back and remake them.Online corporate won't let me enter a date to file a complaint.I wasn't made until the rude worker cute me off and told me she wouldn't fix it.I just wanted to exchange one of the sandwiches that I didn't order for what I ordered 😒.I took a couple bites from it then I was like, where is the meat at?
Subway food is the same pretty much anywhere you go.....So the food here is pretty good. The staff on the other hand seems to not care about their job and care even less about the customers. I stood in line today while listening to one employee scream at the other for not helping quickly enough. To say that it was awkward for the people standing in line would be an understatement.
Terrible service from an old woman working.There was a young man doing his best that was very friendly.They ran out of bread while I was there? They were not busy and the woman said that they had to reserve bread for online orders? I guess if you actually want a sandwich order online.Just very rude from the woman.First and last time visiting this location.Make the drive elsewhere or go to Jimmy John’s down the street.
