I went into this location this morning with my child.
When we walked in the young lady by the name of Amanda looked up, saw us, didn’t acknowledge us and walked to the back.
My first thought was how rude! She didn’t even say good morning or welcome in.
So she walked back to the front and still didn’t acknowledge we were standing there and kept doing whatever she was doing.
I said to her “Good morning”! Then she finally acknowledged us and said good morning and rudely asked us what kind of sandwich we wanted! Now, if I wasn’t in a hurry and needed this sandwich for my daughter’s lunch before dropping her off, I would have walked straight out! I don’t appreciate being ignored or just having your staff just being plain rude! My 13 year old even noticed her attitude! We left there and went a few doors down for donuts and the experience was like night and day!!!! We were quickly greeted and helped with a smile! I don’t know what Amanda’s problem was this morning, but if you would like to keep customers coming back, you should probably train them on customer service and teach her how to talk to people! Needless to say, there are plenty of subways in the area and I won’t be coming back to this one!!!! I would rather spend my money at places that actually appreciate its customers!

Rude, untrained staff, mediocre food.
Team member did not know how to redeem a gift card and kept rudely insisting it had nothing on it.
After purchasing the sandwich without using the gift card, the receipt printout reflected a balance inquiry showing the balance on the unused gift card.
I showed the team member; she shrugged her shoulders and continued to insist there was no balance on the card.
I notified the owner through the website contact us option.
They emailed an apology but offered nothing to make it right.
I won't be back to this location.

Ordered a 6" pizza sub, foot long churro and chips. I'm not sure when they made the bread for the sandwich but it was a little on the stale side. The church was even worse.
Seems like it was made last week as it was almost impossible to bite through a d even when I could it was tough to chew. Come on guys.
No wonder you all are losing business to other sandwich shops.
I hope this was just a fluke. Update: 3-16-24 Ordered the same as before for ordering consistency.
We'll this time was worse than before.
Knocked my rating down to a 2 now. 6" sub was dry as a bone this time.
Im also not sure but this time the bread for the sub seemed like it was compressed even smaller.
I used to have to take 2 hands to hold a sub.
Now-a-days, it's about half the size.
It was more like the size of a breadstick.
This is pathetic.
Churro still tastes as stale as 1 week old bread left out on the counter, super chewy and not fresh at all. At this rate, they will not last much longer.
Taking my business elsewhere from now on.
