AVOID THIS LOCATION I always go to this location but this will be the last time.
I went in and ordered my sandwich and as I got to the front I tried to use a coupon.
She said they would not accept this coupon because of the type of meat I got.
Nowhere on the coupon did it say anything about this.
It listed 5 sandwiches that weren’t included on the coupon and I did not get any of those sandwiches.
I understand not accepting coupons at all but it’s ridiculous to make up your own rules for the coupon.
She was very rude about it as well.
There was no other customers in the store and now I see why.

The staff is amazing both guys in the front or very friendly and super nice.
I had the ultimate cheesy steak sandwich and a trooper is it in a certain way that it was delicious.
Wow so excited on submarine sandwich that tastes amazing!

Staff seem clueless, unable to answer basic questions, or understand English.
Submitted an online order in store and repeatedly informed the staff.
Which did not check their orders until an alarm sounded.
