A small but complete restaurant that has some of the best costumer service I've seen in a long time.
I'd like to mention the GM Lucia Bravo for going above and beyond making sure me and my family were treated right. In March we made an order for a picnic pack and this was done at the drive through, were you expect to wait at MOST 10 mins for food.
This was not the case for us.
We were told to wait at a parking spot for almost 30 mins plus what we had already waited in line.
I saw this as absurd and thought I could've just dine in or gone elsewhere.
It upset me since I had my baby boy in the car with my wife and drove from the colony (40-60min) to get our favorite staple food from back home. Soon after giving feedback from the link on the receipt I was contacted by the GM.
I was really impressed as this is missing from every place you go to now, we truly appreciate the Customer service and hope to be back soon.

The customer service is bad, they answer you horrible, I waited for this food for 30 minutes so that it was burnt and the other was raw.
