I will never return here I would like a regional manager to contact me I came in today waited 20 mins both employees were outside chatting a lady in drive thru sat there for at least 15 mins or more no employees in store at all..
when employees came in she said I don’t why ppl just sit here waiting when we are not in here The store is filthy layers of dust above the bar where food is prepared… if I was a manager I’d fire everyone… I manage a business and this is unacceptable Your employees don’t my wanna work obviously and your reviews show that your store has problems

Don't bother I can never order half-time through drive thru.
They say wait and never get back to you.
It has happened three times now.
It is the worst subway in Decatur

Sandwiches are usually made decent...
but they ABSOLUTELY NEVER have Italian herbs and cheese bread.
You would think they would be aware of it and have plenty prepared before running out...
but no.
