September 02, 2024Stroud's Restaurant & Bar is a hidden gem in Wichita! 🍗 Tucked away off N. Hillside, I finally tried the famous fried chicken, and it lived up to the hype! The pan-fried chicken was perfectly crispy, tender, and paired beautifully with fluffy mashed potatoes and rich gravy.
We dined family-style, which was fun - green beans made me feel nostalgic! The service was friendly, although a bit slow at times, but the warmth of the rustic atmosphere made it enjoyable.
Don’t skip the cinnamon roll at the end; it’s a delightful surprise. Worth the wait and definitely coming back! 😊
