September 12, 2024Silvia’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine is a hidden gem in Wichita! 🌮 The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is absolutely fantastic. I tried the $1 gorditas on a Tuesday and was blown away by the flavor. Each corn masa gordita was stuffed with a choice of tender meats, and the salsas added just the right amount of spice to make the meal exciting!
We couldn’t resist ordering the guacamole, which was the star of our dinner - fresh, creamy, and bursting with flavor! 🍀 We even went back for seconds. With a variety of delicious options and friendly staff, it's definitely worth a visit!
