Connie's Mexico Cafe is a hidden gem in Wichita! 🌟 The pork deluxe burrito is hands-down my favorite - so huge and juicy, it’s hard to finish in one sitting! The fried ice cream is the perfect dessert to cap off your meal.
The atmosphere is cozy and casual, though it can get a bit loud. While I missed the Pepsi products, the Dr Pepper was a decent substitute.
