Stretched is a gem nestled beside ColdFire Brewing in Eugene! 🍜 I was thrilled to discover that the owner was a former co-worker, which added a personal touch to my visit.

I ordered the Spicy Pork and wasn't disappointed - the hand-stretched noodles were perfectly chewy, and the flavors were rich and balanced. My friend had the Beef Cumin, and the spices were incredible!

The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying great food with a cold brew. I can’t wait to come back for more! 🎉
