Stretched

I am So happy I decided to come here after a recommendation! A few days ago I was talking to someone about how much I’ve been craving authentic hand-stretched noodles ever since working at a restaurant years ago that made them, that sadly closed down. I was pleasantly surprised to find that an old co-worker I used to work with at that very restaurant was the owner of Streched! Crazy! If you want authentic hand-stretched, delicious noodles and this is the place to go! Needless to say I’ll be coming back very soon. (Sorry you don’t get a pretty picture, I had inhaled about half of it as soon at it got to the table 😉)

10/10- portion size, complex flavors, ingredients, service.
Hard to decide when there is such a great menu but the spicy pork was amazing.

I don't normally give 5 stars across the board, but I was very impressed by Streched this evening.
Located next to Coldfire Brewery Stretched is a food cart that has some serious flavor! This food cart offers Asian style noodle dishes.
Every order comes with made to order stretched noodles.
I had the Beef Cumin dish and was blown away.
Some places offer spicy food, and that's all you get ...
spicy.
But this dish had a spice kick and you could really taste all the spices.
The lady told me they source the meat from a local farm.
It was very tender and juicy.
All the ingredients were fresh and I'd recommend Streched very highly! 5 stars
