Stockyards, they got the meats.
Well I got the brisket, burnt ends(they charge a 4.75 extra for the burnt ends) and baked beans.
The meats were juicy tender and had beautiful smoke flavor they did not need the BBQ sauce that was supplied on the table.
The BBQ sauce it self was par at best one was extremely sweet (bandits original) the other was just as sweet but had a mild heat (saddle up sweet heat) the bread under the meat was a nice vessle to carry and present the meat but it was just toast with the grease and meat juices soaked in.
The beans themselves tasted like bushes baked beans out of the can.
The server was nice but didn't come around much probably because the table next to me brought food from a different place in to the restaurant to was the footfall game.
You won't go hungry here, I would recommend Stockyards over other BBQ places in MCI.

Stockyards Brewing is a popular spot in Kansas City to visit! When the Kansas City International Airport was remodeled, a new Stockyards Brewing restaurant opened inside! While I was waiting for my flight to depart, I ordered a hot coffee and a breakfast burrito with potatoes.
This breakfast burrito is loaded with Kansas City BBQ brisket, fluffy eggs, perfected cooked potatoes, and more delicious ingredients.

Let’s just be honest here, good food and airports don’t frequently go hand in hand.
However, due to my airline being unable to provide on time services, (yup Delta just can’t apparently) I was blessed with hours to kill in the newly opened Kansas City airport.
I hesitated to try Stockyard Brewing due to the low Google rating.
HOWEVER, I was blown away at not only the quality but the quantity of my meal.
I had the brisket and the burnt ends and they flat out were amazing.
I’ve had lots of BBQ and no joke, this place rates pretty high in comparison.
And to top it off, Christina brought her “A” game with rapid attentive service.
5 stars will be back !!!
