This location just opened on March 3rd and I was very excited to check it out - so far, I’m impressed! They have a great interior layout with plenty of space for both individuals and groups to work or study, and they have the first 2-lane drive through I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks (pretty cool!). The baristas were all very friendly and even made a recommendation that turned out to be great, and our drinks were made perfectly.
I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly!

It's just crazy how they leave the customer at the drive-thru for more than 1 minute before to open the window.
You are just sitting in your car wondering where the person I just spoke with on the microphone is.
And they all do that, the service is just terrible.
Next time I will have to record with my the phone and then add it to this comment.

Sadly, I'm giving this location 3 stars due to a specific barista pushing her personal anxiety onto me.

I have never attributed to your stressors by lacking any kind of patience with you or any of your colleagues during my wait.
I completely understand that I would have to wait for my order regardless of whether I placed an order through the drive thru or chose to show up earlier than what is anticipated on the app. I live 1.3 miles from this location.
I have 4 kids, and we are always on the go.
My orders are anywhere between 2-4 drinks, sometimes 5, mainly refreshers, sometimes blended drinks for the kids; and for myself - a "pick me up." Like clockwork, I utilize the app so that I DON'T forget anything and am not stammering at the drive thru...
NOT because I expect them to all be ready within the drive it takes me to get there. It was almost 6 pm...
not a single other car in sight...
no cars in front and zero cars behind me.
You weren't busy! If I had ordered the exact same 3 drinks through the speaker and not through the mobile app, you wouldn't have said anything and allowed me to patiently wait, but instead, on this evening, you chose violence and snobbishly told me I needed to wait at least 5 minutes before showing up for my mobile order. Wouldn't you just send me to the pick-up area like the guy usually has me do if me waiting at the window was extremely overwhelming for you? I've got two more tips for you on top of the one I left that I wasn't allowed to retract in the app: 1.
Maybe being a barista isn't for you since you seem to be anxiety prone. 2.
Perception is a (bleep)...
just because you became anxious due to me arriving earlier than anticipated doesn't mean I was being impatient in any way, shape, or form. However, I do suddenly have this urgency for Dutch Bros to hurry its build and open up on the opposite corner.
