Delicious brisket and friendly staff! Ordering is cafeteria style where you pick up a tray, let them know your order, then slide the tray through an assembly line of friendly staff.
Very fast service.

Very tasty barbeque.
Whenever we visit the area, we try to go to Spring Creek Barbeque.
The meat falls apart, is so tender, and is smoked perfectly.
The barbeque sauce is delicious, too, as are the hot, fresh rolls.
The sides are good, too.
Prices for meat with two sides (and unlimited rolls) are from about $15-$20.
They also sell jars of their barbeque sauce.

We had son's wedding rehearsal here, and Jessica and the staff were AMAZING!!! She kept in touch for updates and was so proactive to make sure there was plenty of food for our party of 60.
They were also accommodating when we were decorating and getting our slideshow ready.
HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for any gathering!
