Koshi Sushi & Korean Restaurant is a delightful gem in McKinney! 🌟 The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment you step in.

I tried the hamachi scallion roll, and it was one of the best in the area - perfectly fresh and flavorful. The toro was melt-in-your-mouth buttery, and the uni was surprisingly sweet! While I did notice some inconsistencies in fish cuts, the flavors more than make up for it.

Overall, a wonderful dining experience at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be returning for more! 🍣✨
