This is pretty unacceptable.
A raw patty?!?! Definitely going to be turned off from Whataburger for a while, considering I’m not a fan of potential escherichia coli in my food.

Everything adds up for a great experience.
The reason why I rate their food 4 stars is just because when their fries get a little cold they taste dry and they are hard to chew.
It reminds me of the same texture of bread when heated up in the microwave and you eat it afterwards at room temperature. This little detail has nothing to do with this store, I think it is one of this company's opportunity areas.

Asked for 4 spicy and 4 regular ketchups and for 0, zilch, nada, and nothing and none for my takeout order.
Food was not hot either just warm.
Diet Dr.
Pepper was flat also!! Not a good experience at all.
The drive thru is also insanely slow.
