Southern Boilers is a gem in Baton Rouge! 👏 I stopped by for lunch and couldn't resist their boiled crawfish, which lived up to the hype - plump, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.

I also tried the turkey wings, and while they were a bit dry, I’ve heard great things about them, so perhaps I’ll give them another shot.

The atmosphere is casual and trendy, perfect for a quick bite or solo dining. Plus, the free parking is a major win! I’ll definitely be returning for those crawfish... 🦐
