I visited Sonic Drive-In for a quick bite on my way back to Dallas, and while the atmosphere is casual and the parking ample, the service was a bit slow. 🌭
I ordered a chilly dog and tater tots. The chili was decent, but the hot dog lacked flavor and the tots arrived lukewarm. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food, which was frustrating. The staff was polite, and the carhop offered a thoughtful apology for the wait, which was a nice touch!
Overall, it’s a good spot for convenience, but I hope they can improve their speed and food quality next time! 🍔
