Whenever we roll out of Dallas and hit this town, Bill Miller's is our go-to pit stop for some smokin' good eats! This joint was straight-up fire! Talk about star service – the crew here knows how to treat you right.We dove into their beef and brisket – man, it was tender, juicy, and hotter than a Texas summer! And don't get me started on the chicken; it was so fresh, it must've been cluckin' just minutes before.We paired that with their zesty salsa and fluffy rolls, slathered in butter, and let me tell you, it was a match made in barbecue heaven.To top it all off, their apple pie was like a slice of Americana – fresh, sweet, and utterly satisfying.The vibe? Couldn't be better.Inviting, warm, and just darn nice, making you feel like part of the barbecue family.Two thumbs way up for this barbecue haven!

We only get to eat bill millers when we come into town from Dallas.And this location was amazing! Great customer service.Chicken was fresh and hot so delicious.Customer service was great.Very inviting and nice.

I say now do not,I repeat do not come to this BILL MILLER.They don't know how to serve good food here .They also don't know how to simply just say over the phone to the customer that they will be more then Glady to refund money with no problem at all.Nope not here at this Bill Miller.My daughter lives in the city off walzem rd I live in Elmendorf and the manager there told me to have her drive back to the reasturant to get my money back? The chop burgers were old and dry out like it was an order that been sitting there for a long time.When I opened up the big brown bag,all that waste of bags for little food .The dressing looked like it been scrapped off the pan as it set in over the burner to keep it hot ,with little turkey.I was blown back when I saw wat I saw 👀. My order was 31.77 .Trust me this Bill Miller is no good ,the staff all of them probably need better training as on how food should be served to other HUMAN BEINGS.I truly know they wouldn't eat this if it were served to them .I have this problem with this Bill millers only, my daughter didn't know that my fault I didn't tell her .I say shame on the staff that wrks there and serve food to people out the drive thru.DONT EAT HERE !!!
