Fast food restaurant
Y'alls cook right now and service really sucked last night and today. First two was from last night. Alex said he'd remake the sandwich for me, see final photo, and I drove away expecting what was supposed to be made for me. That was NOT the case. I should NOT have to drive back AND not receive answers to multiple phone calls and wait for the issue to be resolved.

Trash.They were only taking drive-thru orders, were out of alot of items, didn't come to the window until my food was ready, which took longer then it should have, and the food was horrible.Chili tasted like jalapeños.Not even he drink was good.Disappointing in the least.Person behind me didn't even order

In the past, my experiences with Sonic has been rather pleasant.However, today's experience was horrible! 1st they messed up the order: They did not put the toppings on my husband's Footlong Chilli Cheese Coney dog.On top of that, the fries & onion rings weren't hot at all AND...the onion rings were kind of burned. 2nd, my Strawberry Cheesecake shake was filled with less shake and more whipped cream. I had to wait for them to remake the Footlong Chilli dog, and you'd think that they'd offer an order of replacement fries or onion rings while I waited, but nope...nothing.Not even a complimentary item for the wait. Sadly, they weren't even busy! I placed the order online and pulled into one of the carhop stations, pressed the red button to check-in for my order, and the guy said they're only taking drive-thru orders today. I proceeded to the drive-thru and that should've been a sign to just cancel the whole order, but I didn't. There were no cars in the drive-thru line and only 1 other car in the parking lot.So, I don't understand how they got the order wrong or why it took so long. After all that, when I made it home, wouldn't you know there was more disappointment! My damn chicken sandwich had no lettuce or tomatoes, as originally ordered, and the chicken looked rather old...like the sandwich had been just sitting there all day! I wound up adding my own lettuce & tomatoes, but it still didn't help the taste or texture of the sandwich. Needless to say, this was a waste of time & money today. I had to throw my meal away, because it was too horrible to even eat.🤮 I should've followed my first idea & just gone to Chili's!
