Ordered online.When I got to the drive thru window I was told I had to come inside to get the order.It was raining so that was very inconvenient.Every every single thing I ordered was horrible.Burnt jalapeño poppers, tiny shriveled chicken tenders.Barely a teaspoon of gravy with my mashed potatoes and over fried wings.I didn’t ask for spicy but they put some kind of spicy seasoning in them anyway.I almost feel like they’re purposely messing up orders because they don’t like getting business. Edit: manger was apologetic and gave me a prompt refund so i added a star.

First time and last time customer.I wanted to know about the family combos, especially what was included with the 8 piece.The young lady in training was clueless and asked another young man, who asserted that the salad was included by default with all combos, and then you could get to choose 1 or 2 sides depending on the combo.Then the cashier told me that no salad was included.Though the picture shows a salad as part of the combo, not an optional side. They asked several times if it was a take out or dine, to which I replied the latter.They still went ahead and bagged our order as to go, which made it ridiculously uncomfortable for us to eat out of the box. I had to get up several times to get the salad dressing they forgot, no ketchup, and no extra plates.I didn’t enjoy the food nor the experience. My son almost got burned from the steaming hot water on the bathroom.No cold water from the sink.This needs immediate attention and it’s unacceptable. I can’t say that the staff was rude, but not necessarily friendly either.Employees seem to need better training and that alone will make a big difference.

Fairly new location in my area.The food is mediocre at best.A disappointment to say the least it's never hot or fresh.The workers are friendly and try their best to make sure everything is up to par.I don't know if it's the time of day or the days I am visiting that makes the difference in the food .Usually if you go in the daytime thru the week before 5pm you're going to be satisfied.
