Taco Bell

The cashier in the drive thru was very disrespectful and unprofessional, they screwed up on my order bad , and replies with o well.
I told them to correct my order and they still screwed up.
I asked for spicy potato soft taco and they give me hard tacos which is obviously incorrect then I told them and they still screw up giving me a bean with rice and cheese.
And on top of that they screwed up on the amount charge so they had to charge on my card again.

Tried the flatbread today and it definitely tasted doughy and not cooked.
I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more.
I was down the street so i went back to see if that’s how it’s supposed to be.
She said they steam it, I assumed by the photo it may be grilled, but it’s not.
So I threw it away.

I had a frustrating experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru Again with the same worker.
Despite my efforts to be polite and respectful, the lady taking my order seemed impatient and uninterested in listening to me, as always.
I value good customer service, and it's disheartening to be treated poorly when spending money at the establishment.
In Time passed, I overlooked her; I couldn't today. Although I requested a refund, the situation could have been handled better.
The lady was openly discussing me in front of other coworkers and managers, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Investing in customer service training for the staff would be beneficial, and a de-escalation course might help avoid conflicts with customers in the future. I hope that the management team takes this feedback constructively and makes efforts to improve the customer experience at the restaurant.
I look forward to returning and interacting more positively with the staff.
