Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

We recently visited Snooze for breakfast with friends before attending Tour de Fat, and we were thoroughly impressed.
The menu offered a wide selection of dishes and beverages, including seasonal fall options.
I enjoyed Juan’s Breakfast Tacos with sausage and a spicy Bloody Mary, while my partner opted for the Breakfast Fried Rice and a spicy Margarita.
Everything was served promptly and was both hot and delicious.
Our server was attentive and friendly (though I did not catch her name, but she wore a sweet hat).
We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area!

If you go to snooze, I guess you lose. Very disappointing meal.
My water glass was dirty, it looks like the person who had it before me had orange juice and it wasn’t washed in between.
There was pulp floating in my water and on the rim of my glass.
I brought it to the waitresses attention and she didn’t apologize or say anything.
She took it away without a word and then slammed down a new glass 10 mins later, walked away again without a word.
A different waitress brought out our food and said ‘vegan pancakes?’ No one at our table ordered them so we didn’t claim them but took the rest of the food.
Then our original waitress came back with and said ‘vegan is yours.
You ordered the banana pancake- that’s vegan’ I went to say something and she was gone.
We never got syrup, never got refills, she never checked in on us and I had to ask a boy who was working for our ticket because our waitress seemed to be avoiding our table.
My pancakes were raw and doughy inside and I wanted them to toss them back on for a few mins but never could flag someone down.
Poor experience for $70.

Snooze Ft Collins is my go to brunch destination.
Being from Cheyenne , it is well worth the 40 minute drive to get there.
I love the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff.
It seems they love working there and I always leave uplifted from the energy they have.
Service has always been top notch.
Very laid back and I always enjoy the different t-shirts the staff wear.
Management is obviously great based on how well the morning rushes flow.
Food is always excellent.
My personal favorite is the funky monkey French toast (when available).
I also enjoy the OMG French toast and eggs to order are always spot on.
Can’t beat the mimosas either!!! Weekends can be hectic but well worth the wait.
So impressed with this location.
You will not be disappointed.
