Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Everyone time i come here it’s an experience that i thoroughly enjoy it.
The atmosphere is vibrant with a temperature both physically and spiritually.
The staff is so damn beautiful and kind.
Each of them bring this place to rise. Today i was greeted at the door by two warm and beautiful people.
The young lady with fiery red hair and bright skin matched her attire with equal warmth and vibrancy.
Her co-host was equally radiant with a gender defying make-up job and cheekbones that the world must be held up on. My server was Juan.
All I’ll say is that he was phenomenal.
Handsome, gorgeous, and a short king that managed his section efficiently with charm and genuine attentiveness.
;) The food?! Excuse me?! Always fresh, always steaming in the right places and cool in the next.
I’m vegetarian and the chilaquiles satisfied a deep craving for some atmosphere and comfort food that’s guiltless.
I don’t know why they call it “Snooze” i was awoken at the entry. Never mind.
The food makes you want to climb back in bed for a few more minutes 🫠

This place has a kind of young, hip, cool & yet retro feel to it.
I used to pass the original Snooze in Denver frequently when I was traveling for work, but never ate there.
My GF suggested we come here for a change from our usual breakfast haunts.
It’s clean, proper… and hip.
The music could be attenuated about 20 dB, particularly in light of the building’s acoustics (unless, of course, you like to “eat to the beat”).
The servers were nice.
The food is copious.
I ordered the Spuds Deluxe, which was… copious.
After browsing other reviewers’ photos, I think next time I’ll be going the French toast or pancake route, or maybe try one of the Bennies.
Anyway, it was a nice change, we had a good time, glad to have discovered Snooze.

I ate here with a friend, and it was a positive experience! We ordered Shrimp & Grits and the Habanero Pork Belly, with Bread Pudding French Toast for dessert.
It was so well-done, and melted in your mouth- that's actually what I said when I got a taste of the pork belly.
I'd try it again, for sure. The service was great, with a special shout-out to Chealin who was a very happy & charming waitress who lifted our table's spirits.
This is a place that is family-friendly, bright, and lively.
It's a great spot to have breakfast or brunch.
