One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had!! Smokey Bones USED to be a welcoming place that served good barbeque and steak.
What I experienced there was just awful.
No one there seemed at all interested in working there.
Was less than a quarter full but we waited almost 15 minutes for the server.
Took and delivered drink order in a reasonable time.
Took our order and waited so long we contemplated leaving.
I actually was trying to find out how much I owed for the drinks but there was no one in sight to ask.
Finally dinner appeared.
I had salmon which was decent.
But the steak that was ordered medium rare was inedible! It was cooked through, and difficult to even cut searching for even a hint of pink.
Server, Jesse, was unavailable, spending most of his time on his phone.
When we finally showed him the steak, he admitted it was poorly cooked but got nasty when we questioned him about his absence.
We were given $5 off our $50 bill which was inadequate.
No one came to address our concerns.
Just a really bad experience at this place.
If you are thinking of dining there, think twice.
And there was trash on the floor.
Napkins, etc.

Visited Smokey Bones on a Saturday evening and caught them during happy hour.
The atmosphere was nice and very cool.
We ordered everything from the Happy Hour Menu, the bone-In smokey bbq wings, loaded fries, a burger and a pulled pork sandwich.
We also a cocktail the Blushing Strawberry Sangria and that was delicious as well.

Aubry our server was amazing, she was on point 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to her. She made sure everything was good and it was more then just good it was great. In the past several times we ordered the chili and it always came out cold we mentioned it to her and she made sure that the chili came out hot not spicy hot temperature hot. thank you again and also for your services keep up the good work.
