I can not say enough good things about this restaurant.
It was our first visit, so we didn't know what to expect.
The food was spectacular.
I knew the moment my plate arrived that there was a trained chef in the kitchen.
The service was perfect...
friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Guillermo is a great server! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Guillermo, we will be back.
You are very good at what you do.
The manager checked on us twice and showed how much they care about your experience.

My husband and I went to Crocante Restaurant for the first time yesterday and it was so good, we decided to get a take out for tonights dinner! The environment is super classy and extremely clean.
All the staff were very nice and helpful.
The food is extremely flavorful and fresh! Love everything we tried! We will hopefully be back whenever we are in town again.

The food was spectacular!!!! They weren't that busy (but it was a Tuesday night an hour before closing).
When we tried to go the Saturday night prior, there was an hour long wait.
The service was ok, but I think that was in part due to the fact that they were prepping for close.
I had to wait a hot minute to get his attention for a drink refil and for a green sauce.
However, the food was absolutely worth the wait! The empenada had a super flaky crust that practically melted in your mouth.
The sweet corn fritters were divine! The texture, the flavor, the little bit of cheese inside, just wow! The tostones were unlike a tostone I have ever had before.
They were light and almost airy, soft inside, and a perfect crunch outside.
The mofongo was moist and very flavorful.
The fried pork belly was perfectly crispy outside, with a super juicy and flavorful meat inside.
I highly recommend dipping in the green sauce.
You'll thank me later.
The flan was a super creamy custard texture.
Unfortunately, they were out of the guava, so we tried the vanilla, and it did not disappoint.
The tembleque cheesecake was a smash hit as well! It had the flavor of tembleque and the texture of cheesecake.
Mindblowing! The only item on the menu we didn't absolutely love, were the platanos maduros, they were mehh.
Didn't have a caramelized exterior, and weren't all that sweet.
I'd try them again to see if it was just an off night.
But this place is about to be a new regular spot for us for sure!!! Two thumbs up, I HIGHLY recommend checking them out! 👍🏼 👍🏼
