So this is our go to barbecue joint that we like.
It is smaller and a little more intimate but the food is top notch. Set in a strip mall it is in a nice location for the hotel guests in the Northland as well as easily accessible from the interstate. The owner is almost always in the kitchen and behind the counter serving up deliciousness. The food is a smokier, semisweet barbecue and cooked to perfection.
The portions are just a LITTLE bit smaller than I would expect but the food is quite filling.
Our favorite is the two meat dinner with the burnt ends and the brisket.
The sides are quite tasty as well.
My favorite being the cheesy corn. The staff are all quite friendly and outgoing.
Fun to talk to and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and well kept.

Great little place in a strip mall.
Been there for over 20 years, so you know it is good! Love the beans! All of it is good! (Sorry for the Pic, I had already eaten half the meat!)

Food wasn't bad, pretty good, I'm just a bit upset that I had to get my hands greasy just to have to eat my ribs with a fork and I guess that's what the bread was for...stupid..
if I wanted bread with my meal, I wouldn't have ordered ribs. Coleslaw was as thick potato salad, wish someone told us that we had to get our own drinks yet the waitress was serving drinks to the other tables....
