Finally decided to see what the hype was, and it definitely did disappoint.I was the only person in the building and cashier looked at me like I was in the wrong spot. I looked over the menu and ordered the smoked brisket double burger.I sat down and played Monopoly GO while I waited.The employees were talking crazy about me which I didn't enjoy because I came in on New Years Eve. Got my order and got out of there.I ate my burger and was disappointed.Burger was not seasoned and tasted like a burger straight out the packet.Brisket was decent but sauce was cold.Absolutely bad experience.I can make a better smashburger at my own restaurant with less ingredients.

A friend and I have been searching for the best burger in Charlotte so we walked into a Smashburger.Best we have ever had ...went with the Colorado burger and it was great.What a find!!! Friendly staff, great service.We'll be going again.
I really wanted to love it, but it was just okay.Fries were kinda greasy as were crispy brussels sprouts burger was okay.The young woman bagging up the food was incredible, like she had 3 arms.Constantly on motion and greeting everyone who came in.
