I’ve always loved Chipotle for its fresh ingredients and quick service, but my recent visit to this location was a bit disappointing.

The ambiance was casual and trendy, making it perfect for a quick dinner, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floor had debris, and staff seemed unwelcoming. I ordered a burrito bowl, but there was no guac or veggies available, even well before closing time!

The staff was more focused on closing up than serving. I appreciate fast service, but a little more attention to customer care would go a long way... 🌯
