Slap's BBQ is an absolute delight! 😍 After a quick 30-minute wait (which flew by with on-the-spot beer), we snagged a table on the rooftop with stunning views of downtown!

We tried the burnt ends and brisket, both perfectly tender and smokey. The cheesy corn was a standout - think mac and cheese but even better!

The vibe is laid-back, ideal for groups or solo diners. Can’t believe I almost overlooked this gem; it’s definitely in the top tier of KC BBQ! I’ll be back for more... 🍖🌆
