Las Gorditas is an absolute treasure in Kansas City! 🌟 After 15 years, I returned and was thrilled to find that the authentic northern Mexican flavors are still alive and well.

The gorditas are truly exceptional - fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor! The casual and cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for solo dining or a relaxed lunch with friends.

I do wish they’d stick to the menu until closing, but overall, it's worth the trip. I can’t wait to savor those gorditas again! 🌮✨
