Simply Thai at Rose City Food Park is a delightful gem! 🌟 I popped by for lunch and was immediately greeted by the friendly owner, May, who made me feel right at home.

I tried the holy basil fried rice, and it was bursting with flavors - definitely my new favorite! The portions were generous, and the casual outdoor seating was perfect for a sunny day.
