Cabezon Restaurant is a hidden gem in Portland! 🐟✨ The cozy atmosphere and beautiful jellyfish lights set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. I savored the Cioppino and phyllo-wrapped shrimp, both bursting with flavor!

The lamb was hands-down the highlight of my meal; it was so succulent that I can't stop thinking about it! 😍

Service was attentive despite a busy night, and the wine selection complemented everything perfectly. Don’t forget to save room for the crème brûlée. I can’t wait to come back!
