I had a delightful lunch at Silo, indulging in their combo with a refreshing salad and the oak-grilled Atlantic salmon - absolutely scrumptious! Our server, Randy, was attentive and made our experience memorable. The dessert choices, especially the crème brûlée, were heavenly. Worth every penny!

SILO Elevated Cuisine is a delightful gem in San Antonio! 🌟 We visited for lunch and opted for the $32 combo, which included a fresh salad and a mouthwatering oak-grilled Atlantic salmon. Each bite was heavenly!
The custom green apple martinis were a fun twist, and we couldn’t resist adding dessert - it was definitely worth the extra $2! The ambiance is cozy and upscale, making it a perfect spot for a romantic meal.
Though there was a slight wait for our food, the attentive service from Randy made up for it. We left satisfied and eager to return! 🍽️✨

The oak-grilled Atlantic salmon melted in my mouth, while the jumbo lump crab cake was a delicious highlight. Our server Randy was attentive, making our evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance felt cozy, especially at night... Perfect for a romantic dinner!
