Disappointing experience.
I used to love eating at Taco Bell, but this restaurant is understaffed and the food isn't as good as other locations.
The "loaded beef nachos" was a few chips.
The Nacho fries are overcooked and dry.

Not sure what to say...the burnt chicken is what's bothering me more than the wrap that has 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it.
On top of the 15+min wait.
Def not coming back here.
Sucks when you're looking forward to what we're shown on adverts.

So disappointing.
If the owners don't start caring about this place and fixing things around here they will be closed down soon.
The employees here do not care which means management doesn't care.
The restaurant is filthy.
Missing cup lids, trash cans are left with no trash bags and blocked so customers can't throw away their trash.
Drink station was nasty dirty.
Food was cold and made without care.
On top of this they stopped carrying Nashville Hot Chicken which is the only reason I went to KFC! I won't ever be back to this location after living here 15 years and watching this place decline and go downhill it is really sad.
