I recently dined at SHOR, nestled in the Hyatt Regency La Jolla. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, perfect for a relaxing breakfast. Their coffee is a standout - rich and perfectly brewed, just what I needed to start my day!

I ordered the classic French toast and was thrilled by its fluffy texture and delightful drizzle of maple syrup. Though the buffet selection felt a bit limited, the quality of the food made up for it.

Service was friendly, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible facilities. I’d happily return to try their brunch options! ☕🍴
