Panda Express at Westfield UTC in San Diego offers a quick and casual dining experience. 🍜 I recently grabbed a Bigger Plate for lunch - orange chicken and chow mein were solid choices, though I wish they'd packed in a bit more flavor.

Service was a mixed bag; fast but lacking a warm touch. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which affected the vibe. Still, it's convenient for a quick bite!
