Panda Express

usually i don’t complain about fast food places, but if your fried rice doesn’t have everything in it then you shouldn’t be offering it.
like WHERE ARE THE VEGGIES?! i’m literally only eating fried rice and egg… however, i am impressed that the delivery came as quick as it did.

The service was fine.
But the food...
Honestly if this was my first time eating panada express I would have never ate it again.
Everything was under cooked, the shrimp wasn't even crispy and they gave my two very tiny shrimps with little to no breading out of the 7.
So really no I got 5 shrimp, the orange chicken was also undercooked and the spicyest I have ever ate before, cold chow main with extra extra cabbage, and the Rangoons were the most undercooked of all! They were cold and the crispy wonton was not crispy and more stale textured.
I could even eat it all because it tastes so bad.
I normally don't l wve reviews but I feel as if I need to warn people of the disappointment that lies ahead.
Drive another 3 miles with you really need you panada.

The person at the cash register didn't seem interested in talking to customers.
It was hard to order food, especially when I mentioned, "This is my first time, could you help me?" I noticed the employees weren't patient or kind.
The person packing my food became very rude and showed his an angry face.
When I received my order and tried to express my thanks and move on, they quickly gave me a bag without any response at all.
I felt like I needed to deal with this another day. So, the service was really bad.
I was hungry, but I didn't enjoy the food, and I really didn't like the service. I think all the employees need training again so they can do their job the right way, customers can enjoy stopping by to eat anytime, and later, they can leave a good tip for great food and service. I'm not sure if I want to go back or leave tips for such bad service.
Do they know how important good customer service is?
