Some of the rudest people I've come across in a "family owned" business.
I've given them 3 attempts at being normal human beings in customer service and they just can't do it! If the first coffee cup you pull off has a cracked bottom you better still use it, don't bring it to their attention and don't throw it away.
Who cares if your coffee will run right thru it.
Certainly don't let your children touch all the fun toys and stuffed animals because those are exclusively to look at! Then when you get to the register don't expect to be greeted, greet them and get no words back but she had time to cross her arms and have an attitude.
I nearly walked away and didn't buy my coffee because I was shocked somebody could pack so much rudeness into such a short transaction! I did not buy gas there as I planned.
I assure you that I'll be going across the street to the Kroger gas station for anything else I need! I'll wait for coffee because they don't have that there but I won't go back to this crappy, overpriced place.
Not worth it!

Service is typically pretty low.
Card machines work half the time.
Cashiers are either spaced out or too busy with side projects to ring you up or they’re playing on their phones.
This is why I started going to a different gas station in the mornings.

It would have been nice for the clerk to put down their cell phone while helping me.
He looked at his phone the whole time.
If he was in an urgent communication why didn't he have the other person help me? Seemed uninterested in me as a customer and that his cell phone was the holy grail.
