I recently stopped by Shell on S Franklin Rd for a quick coffee and gas. 🤗 While the convenience was great, the customer service definitely left something to be desired.

First, I noticed the delightful crunchy ice available for just 75 cents, which was a nice surprise! However, when I ordered a muffin, I was disappointed to find it molded. The cashier refunded me, but I didn't feel a genuine apology - it felt a bit rushed.

Despite the amenities, I think I might explore other gas stations for a more consistent experience in the future...
