McDonald's

I have a very bad service today 10 :04 March 12 with the managers .
Wait some time to get just a coffee a drink, bacon and a sandwich.
I have to get up and get my food.
I pay for 2 orders of bacon.
And normally because they full I get 4 pieces for almost 6 bucks .
But the hispanic manager said to me not this McDonald's.
So I have to get my refund .
Not a service at all.
The only good thing there was the young African American lady who help my nephew to get down the children play ground.
She was so nice to us to save him from up there.
She actually works in th drive thru

After waiting for 10 minutes being first in line to order, then a additional 30 plus minutes of waiting, noting the fact that our order was 257, and they were on order 285, my friend tried to ask about the order, being irritated after waiting for so long for two milkshakes, and with noone behind the counter, my friend stepped 2 feet past the counter to grab the attention of a employee or manager, my friend askes a employee that weve been waiting a lot longer then everybody else, and they start to help us and say theyre going to grab it, the manager with white hair and a beard came up to us, asking if it was my friend behind the counter, and my friend explained kindly and with a smile, the manager rudely tells him to wipe his smile off his face and that he cant be behind the counter because its a “threat”, my friend apologies, and the manager says that we have to leave and that we have to leave, while were standing up we ask if we can get our money back, and the manager threatens to call the cops in front if the entire restaurant and everybody looks at us, we decide it wasn’t worth a argument in front of the other customers and left.
Very disappointed with the management on staff at the time, this is the first bad experience ive had at this location.

I have always thought that the I65 and SR44 in Franklin was the best McDonalds in the South Marion County/ Johnson County area but, my experience today might make me rethink that.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
I have always had good service and decent food.
Some employees even showed exemplary courtesy and service.
