Shankaron Market and Restaurant is truly a gem in Boise! 🌟 I recently visited and had the goat meat plate, which was tender and bursting with flavor. The jasmine rice paired beautifully with their green sauce.

I also couldn't resist the beef sambusas - they're a delightful combination of crispy dough and savory filling!
