The new eastern restaurant is amazing. Delicious food with good price and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered the syrian beef shawarma, shish and kabab Iraqi. Regarding the shawarma from Monday to Thursday there is chicken shawarma and beef burger in the menu plus many other plates and appetizers Friday and Saturday there is beef shawarma

Very good owners.
Its a family owned business that i have been going to for over 10 years.
Never had any problems with expired food.

THE FOOD: The rice and goat meat plate was delicious and filling.
The rice appears to be a jasmine and has a slight aromatic flavor accentuated beautifully by the green sauce.
The bite of the spice is present but not overwhelming.
The goat was tender, juicy, and flavorful, with the cook pulling off a consistent cook throughout the meat.
As good as this was, the beef sambusas were to die for.
Excellent crisp to the fried body (somewhere between a sopaipilla and rangoon fried dough), while the filling was a succulent blend of peppers and ground beef.
It's served with their green sauce on the side that you can drizzle in as you eat (and I highly recommend it!) THE SERVICE: Absolutely lovely service here.
It carries all the right motifs of one-part family shop, one-part cafe.
I'm glad to see Somali cuisine represented so well in the Treasure Valley by Shankaron Market. RECOMMENDATION: I highly recommend it.
