I recently dined at Shang Noodle in Chicago's Streeterville, and it was a delightful experience! đŸŒŸ The atmosphere was cozy and bustling - a true sign of a popular spot.
We kickstarted with pot stickers and soup dumplings (the soup ones were good but could use a bit more flavor). The star of the show was definitely the twice-cooked pork belly, which was packed with flavor, just a hint spicy!
