September 17, 2024I recently visited Shake Shack Downtown Crossing and while I had high expectations, the experience was a mixed bag.
The atmosphere is casual and trendy, making it a great stop for lunch. I ordered the classic burger 🍔 and Korean fries, which were tasty but didn’t quite wow me. The maple shake was a sweet treat, but I wished the portion sizes were a bit larger for the price.
The service was primarily through automated kiosks, which felt less personal. Also, the cleanliness needed improvement, especially in the restroom. Overall, it’s a decent spot for burgers, but I might explore other Shake Shack locations in the future! 🤔
