I recently tried the combo gyro plate at Chicken and Rice Guys in Boston, and I was thoroughly impressed. The flavor of the gyro meat was outstanding—tender, nicely seasoned, and with a perfect balance of spices. The lamb and beef combination worked beautifully together. The generous portion size left me satisfied without feeling overly stuffed. The self-service sauces, especially the creamy garlic sauce, added delightful flavors.Hot sauce is HOT! The only downside was the cleanliness of the tables and seats.Overall, Chicken and Rice Guys delivers on flavor and value.
My list of gotos is expanding! Found the perfect spot..(in-between subway spots..lol) and within walking distance to my current location. Anytime I can get an abundant Lamb and Chicken combo, it's a win-win. I've come here twice consecutively and have been blown away by the customer service, attention to detail, and their tasty offerings of chicken and lamb with cukes and tomatoes, which is my favorite. Add the mint/cilantro/jalapeño, some hot sauce, and the white sauce, and I'm extremely content. Don't forget the lemonade. I urge everyone to indulge no less than twice a week for the good food, ambiance, and excellent customer service.
Delicious food.Tried the Chicken Gyro Combo with Rice. That was pretty good with white sauce.Food was ready in 3-4 minutes.
