I had the pleasure of stopping by Salmon n' Bannock On The Fly during my layover at YVR, and it truly exceeded my expectations for airport food! I opted for the BBQ salmon salad sandwich, and it was packed with flavor - not to mention satisfying. The atmosphere was casual yet vibrant, enhanced by some traditional BC music playing.

While the prices are a tad higher, the quality of the ingredients, particularly the fresh salmon, made it worthwhile. I’d recommend this spot to anyone traveling through! 🌟
