Pajo's Fish & Chips at YVR Airport offers a casual yet inviting atmosphere perfect for a quick bite before your flight. I opted for the wild-caught cod, which was pleasantly flaky and coated in just the right amount of batter. The fries were a bit hit or miss - some crispy, others not quite done, but overall satisfying.

The staff was incredibly friendly, even offering to split my burger for sharing! Next time, I’ll definitely explore their other fish options. 🍽️
